Côtes-de-Provence Rosé AOP 2018

The 2018 Côtes-de-Provence rosé in our selection is a Cinsault-dominated blend, complemented with red Grenache. Intensely aromatic, the wine is fine and fruity. Perfectly balanced, this gourmet wine delivers immediate pleasure. 

Varieties:

Cinsault 80% / Grenache Noir 20%

Production:

Cold settling, followed by direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation of 10 to 15 days at low temperature. 

Tasting:  

Pale hue, with a hint of pomelo.

A complex and expressive bouquet with notes of white-fleshed fruit and hard candy. Fresh and tart on the palate, with a long finish. 

Serving advice:

Between 8 and 10°C 

Food and wine pairings:

Aperitifs and salads, Japanese cuisine, cold ratatouille, grilled seafood or fine fish.
